Terms
These terms apply to nomorevoicemail.com and to the No More Voicemail service provided by Exclusive Online Marketing LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, contacting our phone lines, or signing up for the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
No More Voicemail helps local businesses respond to callers they miss. Depending on the plan, this may include automated text replies to missed calls, an automated texting assistant, an automated voice receptionist, review requests, follow-up messages, a website, and monthly reporting. Plan details and prices are listed on our website or in your signup confirmation.
Billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, month to month, with no long-term contract.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Except under the 30-day guarantee below, payments already made are not refunded.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
30-day guarantee
If the service doesn't catch a single missed caller in your first 30 days after texting goes live, we'll refund that month's payment on request. Texting usually goes live 1–2 weeks after signup because phone carriers require business texting to be registered and approved.
Territory
For each trade, we work with one business based in each town or area we define. This means we won't take on another client in the same trade based in your area while your account is active and in good standing. It does not prevent other businesses from working in or marketing to your area.
Your website and domain
- Your domain name is registered in your business's name and remains yours.
- The website we build is provided as part of your active plan. If you cancel, the website and service are taken down.
- If you want to keep the website after canceling, you may purchase it for a one-time fee. We'll provide the site files, help point your domain to your new host, and replace features that depend on our platform.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, and review the text and voice scripts we set up before they go live.
- Only give us contacts for text messaging if they've agreed to receive texts from your business. You're responsible for having that consent.
- Don't use the service for unlawful, misleading, or spam messaging.
- Keep your call forwarding, calendar, and Google Business Profile connections active so the service can work.
Automated assistants
Our texting and voice assistants are automated. They follow the scripts and rules set for your business, identify as virtual assistants when asked, and don't quote prices or make commitments on your behalf. They can make mistakes, so you remain responsible for your final dealings with your customers.
No guaranteed results
We work to help you catch more leads, but we can't guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, jobs, reviews, or revenue. Message delivery depends on phone carriers and third-party platforms outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and material changes will be communicated to active clients.
Text messaging terms
- Program: No More Voicemail (Exclusive Online Marketing LLC) text messages.
- What you'll receive: replies to your inquiry, demo messages you request, scheduling and appointment messages, and account notices.
- How you opt in: by checking the consent box on our website form, or by texting our numbers.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email andre@exclusiveonlinemarketing.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: your mobile number and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
